      T.J. Word is an emerging Artist from Carrollton, Georgia, who now resides in the Celebration Florida area. He took up painting as a hobby 12 years ago as a challenge that resulted in his 1st piece, “Mountain Cabin”. To his surprise, he found that he really enjoyed it and had a natural talent. With no formal training, Jeff began exploring mediums & styles. Being from the South, his focus quickly turned to the fading rural “Americana” featuring covered bridges, small town churches and old buildings with vintage signage. He has created a pop art style series featuring American Icons and sports figures that has been very popular.  

  He and his wife, Amber Word, have three daughters and a son. The Words maintain a strong Christian faith and stay active in their community providing their time, talents and funding as they enjoy giving back to the community. You can find TJ’s work in several locations online, as well as various art shows & festivals throughout the Southeast.
